Florida Woman, Owner Of Drug Rehab Clinic, Arrested For Selling Opiods To Undercover Agents

A Florida woman was the owner of a drug rehab clinic in central Florida is facing drug charges.

The Seminole County Sheriff’s Office said Misty Leigh Gilley, 50, sold fentanyl right out of a drug rehabilitation center called Simply Recovery that she ran in Altamonte Springs and at her home.

The sheriff’s office said undercover agents bought the narcotics from Gilley at her home, which also served as her business. 

She is also facing charges of possession of cocaine.

Agents found evidence of illicit drug use in the same room where Gilley held peer-to-peer group therapy sessions, the sheriff’s office said.

Gilley is free on bond.
