A 27-year-old Florida woman found herself behind bars when she showed up a residence where Marion County sheriff’s deputies were dealing with a civil issue.
Samantha Lynn Carroll arrived at the residence in the 18600 block of S.E. 26th St. in Ocklawaha and approached the deputies. A computer check confirmed that she had been trespassed from the property on June 19, 2019, a sheriff’s office report states.
After deputies confirmed with the victim that the active trespass warrant was to be enforced, Carroll, who lives at 18853 S.E. 93rd Ct., was arrested and transported to the Marion County Jail, where she was charged with trespassing. She was released Wednesday on $1,000 bond.
