A Florida woman arrested in June for her involvement in dumping a 19-year-old woman’s body in Cape Coral is wanted by authorities again.
Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers said Denise Maggi is wanted for a felony arrest and order revoking pretrial supervision for mishandling human remains, duty to report a death, and tampering/fabricating physical evidence.
Maggi was the last of five suspects to be arrested by Cape Coral police on several charges related to Kaleigh Mousseau’s death in April. Maggi bonded out of jail after her arrest.
Mousseau was found dead, duct-taped in a white sheet along Gator Circle on April 17, Cape Coral police confirmed.
The Medical Examiner’s Office determined the 19-year-old died from an overdose. Mousseau had cocaine, meth, and oxycodone in her system, according to the arrest reports.
Anyone with information on where Maggi is should call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-8477 or make a tip at southwestfloridacrimestoppers.com
